Cute, functional and fun!
I am enjoying my cheese knife. I got it just in time for holiday gatherings and received many compliments on it. It works well, cleans up easily and has character! I would purchase again... Well, actually I did. I bought one to give my brother as a gift.

A "cheese" knife
This was bigger than I expected, I bought it to replace a small one that I had broke. this is 9" and my last one was closer to 5". Have to love a cheese knife that says cheese

okay knife. does the job. however, would not buy again.
Pros:- "cheese" writing makes it a fun kitchen item.Cons:- the handle made of white plastic feels cheap.- the handle is quite small. I'm 5'6'', 125 lbs, my gloves size would be women's medium. I find the handle a tiny bit too short. If you have bigger hands, I'd imagine it'd be harder to use this knife comfortably.Conclusion:- I bought two Prodyne cheese knifes in the past. I wanted to spend less $$ on a cheese knife this time. Chef Craft makes it an okay knife: it does the job. If I have to purchase a cheese knife again, I'd go with Prodyne.

Great!
Hey, it cuts the cheese! And it's ugly, in that 1960's kind of way. Actually, it has a fine waverly edge ground into both sides of the blade at a fairly high angle, so that the slice of cheese separates from the flat of the blade well, and doesn't drag, as the blade advances through the cheese. It's the Right Way to slice cheese. And as a bonus, it has the word "CHEESE" punched into the blade, so you can't forget what it's for!
