I like the size of the heating pad,as it can cover a lot of body area at one time...my legs and back hurt at times, at the end of the day, as I have a busy work schedule...especially during winters;using a heating pad provides a lot of relief when we use it for 10-20 mns before dozing off at night.Like all other heating pads I've used earlier, we need to heat it at the maximum level to start with- i.e level 3. - then once the heat is stable, we can bring it down to level 1 and use it for the required time.For people who find the heat too much to bear even at level 1, they can use an additional layer of clothing between the body and the pad cover.The best part is that this X-large size pad can cover & be wrapped around both the knees in one go !- (for all those who suffer from knee pain)

The build quality is excellent. In fact, Flamingo has stopped giving such good quality. However, ActiveHeat needs to work on their heating power. Even at if we set the the mode to number 1, the heat pad simply becomes very hot. The result is that you need to keep on switching off the heat pad at regular intervals.

The product is a lifesaver! I have lower disc bulge and have been living with constant pain. While heatbelts can't improve a medical condition, it definitely alleviates pain for a short while. I use this daily because it is so convenient and provides instant relief. Heat settings can be adjusted. Chord is of a reasonable length. You need to be near a plug point.

Bought it for my 87 year old FIL. It has been working fine since the date of purchase (one month). It heats well and even & easy to use. Safe to keep for 10-15mins easily. And gives relief from pain. Even though it is more suitable for back, he's been using it for the knee and it seems to be working.

Do not buy this product. The electrical wiring is poor quality and fuses out after a few times of use. Further this is non returnable so if you missed seeing that like i did you are stuck with a cheaply made item that you paid a 1000 Rs. Perhaps the seller knows how poorly this item is made and thats why offers no returns.

The material of the heating pad is good and the wire is long enough with heating levels. Helped me alot in my back pain and has a great velcro makes it multipurpose and hand-free heating .
