I have severe plantar problems in both feet and for several years have tried many different types of insoles without much success. The secret of these insoles is that they give the same support to your arches, but have a groove along the sole that allows your plantar to stretch while you walk without been squashed by the supports, thus allowing to walk without aggravating your plantar. This insole has been life changing for me and I can't recommend it highly enough.
