I ordered this product in black and it exceeded my expectations when it arrived! The seller was very helpful and worked with me to edit the photo I emailed in so it was perfect. We were even able to add our animal's name to the photo which made it very individualized and special. The person it was given to cried when she received this gift and the poem was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend and buy again!

Bought it for a gift for my friend that's like my mom, she loves it

I expected to get a lightweight cardboard piece with all the reviews I've been seeing but honestly I took the leap and I got much better than I expected. It has some weight to it so a gust of wind won't knock it off a mantle or shelf and the stand is very sturdy. You can change the photo yourself if you want to but you can also request to add a different photo like I did here. My mom recently lost her 2 horses of 20+ years a week apart one mare to epm and the other to heartbreak barely a week after. It's been rough for her but I plan on gifting this on Christmas and hopefully it'll give her peace of mind that they are waiting for her. The flap that has the poem is held together by a magnet. I did notice that the note card is very small, I originally thought it would be bigger because of the pictures but I think the small card is better and less abrasive when it comes to the main part. The person I was talking to was kind enough to include the two individual photos incase my mom wants to change them out or frame them on their own. I will come back and add the video of her opening it on Christmas ❤
