The worst product. Showing E3 error when we start the cooktop.the description showing for E 3 error is thermocouple fault. The first run immediatly after receiving the product itself shown worst performance of the product. Requesting amazon not to market such worst quality product in its platform

It works great. The legs sit flat. Everything works as expected. The timer goes up to 3 hours. It shuts off at the preset time. It heats up fast. It will keep running to cool itself off once it shuts off, so you know the plate is still hot. I still wouldn't advise touching the plate until it is completely back to room temperature just in case. you can use the dial to turn temperature up or down. I really like the look of this. The cord is 48 inches (4 feet) and 16amp plug with thik cable seems heavy duty.
