Disappointed

This is what I have been waiting for! I have migraines about once a month. They only thing to do is rest while they ease. I have used wet flannels before but this am sure is going to be a massive improvement. It feels so soft and comfortable, you can apply just the right resistance to hold it in place with the large velcro fastener. Even without cooling it down it has a calming effect especially when pulled down over the eyes. There is a bag to use when you put it in the freezer - this takes a couple of hours but I normally known when a migraine is starting so that is plenty of time. It all looks well made and has been well thought out. I just wish I had found this sooner.

This is a very comfortable, easily adjustable mask/icepack that you can position exactly as you need on your head. You can wear it just like a normal eye mask, or if your pain is one-sided you can even angle it just over one eye. Whatever way you decide to wear it you will discover that it sits nicely and definitely helps with pain relief. You can use it warm or cold.

My wife’s been using migraine wraps for her head the last few years and she thought this was great and completely recommended this to anyone. It’s really easy to use and helped provide relief quickly.

The cold ice effect from having it in the freezer does not even last through the length of migraine initial pain. I would say no longer than 10-15 minutes. I have a different head wrap that lasts a long time.

Nice but doesn't stay cool very long. Brought back up so I can trade them out. Does work well though as far as relief goes.

This head wrap can be used either hot and cold. It also fits around my neck in addition to the head area. The gel is not thick but with decent amount to make it work. To use it for hot compression, just put it in the microwave starting with 10 seconds. I do find the temperature, while using it hot, reduce rather quickly. Meaning it cools down pretty quick. To use as cold compression, leave it in the freezer area for 2 hours and the gel remains soft after. I personally prefer to use this wrap with cold compression as I think it performs better.

Good fit as it’s ajustable. I used this for the cold . Within 10 min it’s room temp again. I would buy multiple if you need it for over 10 min.
