Another winning flavour from NongShim
Another winning flavour from NongShim. I tend to have one cupboard with my favourite Ramyun and other noodles. Not ALL made by NongShim, perhaps, but These AnSeongTangMyeon, The Kimchi Ramyun and the Shin Ramyun I adore ARE. (1st picture)These are more mildly spicy than NongShim's Shin Ramyun, sure. And I can't quite compare them to the NongShim Kimchi Ramyun for overall spiciness, since I've only tried 2 so far.It's a shame that the noodle cake on these is a little different to those in the Kimchi and Shin Ramyun made by NongShim. It's the rectangular shape which I find annoying. CLEARLY NongShim care about noodle cakes fitting into the saucepan easily- the Kimchi and Shin Ramyun have a round noodle cake which is just PERFECT. For fitting in my small round pan as well as general Noodleness.THESE... Are a different flavour, for those times when I don't feel like Shin or Kimchi Ramyun. I had some with some extra veg that I always put in, like some sliced Chinese Leaf and cherry tomatoes, added some perfectly steamed green beans on top, then finished by adding 2 Berlinki Chicken Frankfurters made into 3 Frank "octopuses" by cutting half the (⅓ of a Frank) piece into six from the end to around the middle, along the linear axis of the Frankfurter, so that, when fried, the "legs" curl, and they end up looking more like Octopuses than plain Frankfurters (2nd picture above).
