This bunk bed comes with excellent directions and parts labeling. It is a twin over a full and will work great when my 2 grandkids come to visit. The twin can come off and be used by itself in another room. It is very solid and well constructed. The 2 storage drawers slide under the bed and will be very useful.

I've been looking for a bunk bed for the grandkids for about a year. This one caught my eye and the price looked right. It came a week early in 2 VERY heavy boxes that were slightly damaged. However, the bed inside did not appear to have damage related to the ripped boxes.The bed took my husband, who is pretty handy, about 3 1/2 hours to assemble. I had to assist with the top bunk as it had to be put together on top of the bottom bunk. It could have been assembled and then lifted up, but it's pretty heavy so this way worked for us.So overall, the bed is very sturdy and looks nice in the room. The grandkids love it! I'm happy to have the double bed on the bottom in case we need it for grown up guests. There were a few scratches that don't really make a huge difference. We probably could have exchanged pieces but it wasn't worth the wait. I'm sure the kids will add a few new scratches of their own. Also, I've found that most mail order furniture is not going to be perfect. So I expected it. The biggest problem was that the manufacturer thought it was a good idea to put a LARGE BRIGHT YELLOW sticker on the bed in a very prominent location. Really not necessary. I tried to remove it with Goof Off, but some of the finish started to come off, even though the can says it's safe for wood. A search of the internet came up with the perfect solution.....aim a hair dryer at the sticker and it peeled right off. (what did we do before the internet?)After much searching, reading reviews, and thought I purchased Linenspa 8 Inch Memory Foam and Innerspring Hybrid-Mattress - Medium-Firm Feel - for the bottom bed. The price was good and I figured it's mostly going to be used by children. However, it's very comfortable and I wouldn't mind sleeping on it. The bed could probably accommodate a 10 inch mattress, but the 8 inch is quite comfy and I don't really think a 10 inch would be significantly better.I would definitely recommend this bed.

Easy to put together, holes drilled well and things fit into place as they should. Quality of materials could be better, but understandably given the price. Only gripe is that it is not recommended to use mattress thicker than 5', but only offers crude slates to support the mattress. So if you mattress is thinner, then you may feel the slates underneath or mattress may bend downwards in between slates.

The bed came shipped in 4 boxes...assembly was quite difficult most of the letter stickers were missing on several pieces, so we were guessing at which piece would connect to each other. After several misses and a lot of swearing we figured it out. It took about 4 hours to complete and we were missing 2 round screw pieces. However, the bed is nice and sturdy and my daughter absolutely loves it!!

Where do I begin. First of all, the entire thing is very cheap light wood. I can swollow that pill, at 485 dollars I wasnt expecting it to be super great quaility. The reason for the one star is based on the following. First of all, this took almost a full month to get here in 2 boxes. We were not told there were 2 boxes, so to get one delivered, open it, and start to get ready to assemble, only to realize we were missing another box was frustration number 1. We had to wait several days for the second box. We get the second box, open it, and there is a broken part in it. We call their customer service line that they include and request you call instead of going through amazon. This number send us to vm anytime we call. About the 6th time calling I say to myself, ok, I will just leave a vm. What do you know, vm box is full. Tried emailing them, also get no response. The part that is broken is part of the ladder to get to the second bunk. I decide to push on with the build and worry about that part later. Next, I find a missing part, great, another email to them that I never get a response on. Last issue so far, as I am looking at the instructions I notice they have literally misprinted them and added steps 1 and 2 twice in the book, skipping over steps 3 and 4. They included 2 of the same instructions in each box, and what do you know, it is misprinted in both of them. I cannot find these instructions anywhere online. Mind you, I have not even begun to start putting together the bed, which after reading reviews, seems to have its own issues. Do yourself a favor and skip this bed. I will most likely juse call my bank to reverse the charge as there is no way in hell I can ship this back. Probably will just go right into the trash. What a waste of my time. Worst purchase so far on Amazon so far in the 10+ years I have ordered through them (although I know it is not Amazons product).

My wife (37) put this together herself with a little help from our 4yo. She did all by hand with the Allen Key and a Screwdriver. Easy instructions and all the parts were there.Note** put on the top planks first before putting on the side rails. Makes it easier to turn the screwdriver without the rail being in the way.

We love this bed!!! My daughter is so happy with her new bunkbed! Very sturdy, easy to put together, and well worth the money!

The bed itself is sturdy and very easy to assemble. It’s a very cute set, however see the pictures of all the damages. The drawers also have a huge gap not shown in the pictures of the bed and there are no handles on the drawers. We have reached out to the seller, so we will see how it is handled. Will review agin.
