We are using these headsets for training. They have a feature to move the active mic from one headset to the other, and also have the ability to mute both if needed. They are truly plug and play, and compatible with Teams. As long as you remove the dongle for your own headset before plugging this in, Teams will automatically switch between the two.If you've been using the handheld training phones, I encourage you to make the switch. This headset has saved us a lot of frustration in a short amount of time!

I am using these as a training tool for phone conversations. Both listeners can hear the caller so that is great but any outside noise makes it difficult to hear the caller even with the volume turned all the way up. They are not snug fitting.

We were looking for a training headset for customer service with our new phone systems. The price for the double headset (one automatically mutes) was the best we could find without using the same brand as our new phones. You can also use the single headset without the splitter after the training process is complete. The button on the cord to answer an end calls does not work, but I am emailing the company to see what can be done. Still overall a great product for the price.

If you've ever supported a call center, you know these people can and will break absolutely anything, but this combo kit just *works* for training and call shadowing.It's USB, no software config, windows just treats it like any single USB headset.Stop here, this is the one, it's expensive, but it's worth it.

We had toyed around with less expensive training equipment, but were totally unsatisfied. We decided to give this a try, and we couldn't be happier. Very easy to set up and use, and loved by our training personnel. The headsets are very sturdy and will hold up to heavy use. Sound quality is also excellent. This set is a must have for any phone intensive office space. Easy, easy recommendation.

Lady friend works from home and wanted a new headset. Gave this one a try. Works great, and has a second headset you can use at the same time for training. Not sure about the high price, but she is quite happy with it.
