This is the best creatine pills i have taken which this is just my opinion. i have developed large muscles in three months just from doing my normal job which is working maintenance which require me to left appliance and other heavy items then i did taking other Creatine pills and working out for a year lifting weights and working maintenance.

I find these in the toilet the next morning. They don't dissolve. Maybe it's my digestion, but at 6' and 172lbs it seems to be doing fine otherwise.

Worked as expected.
