Didn’t notice any benefit
My 7 year old wasn’t too keen on the taste and these seemed to make no difference on her falling asleep easier or quicker. The main vitamin seems to be a b vitamin, which to me should be given in the morning to help the brain with alertness!

Whether it be placebo or not they do seem to have an effect
Considering their primary aim I probably would not have tried these had it not been for fact the page does say its good for the whole family so I thought I'd see if it would actually make a difference to an adults sleep without taking some sort of silly dosage. First impressions is that they have a surprisingly pleasant smell/taste that makes them easy to take whenever including before bed. As for first night I was rather surprised by the results, and I don't believe I was placebo'd because I will admit I was being rather sceptical of them, with me waking up a whole hour after I usually would. Not too sure whether the price for a months dosage is good or not but regardless they could be worth trying especially for the primary target. However on a side note I will say I understand that these are effectively meant to be sleep enhancers and thus anyone with plans to get these have to understand that doing things that are known for keeping you (or your kids) awake like things with a lot of caffeine or sugar are inevitably going to make it hard for something like this to do anything. Just something I felt the need to add for those that might try this.
