Product quality
I give it four stars on the behalf that it works property and looks exactly like the photo and operates as design. But the bad part about it was the delivery time. It took an extra 30 days to get here

3month update it leaks!
The media could not be loaded. easy to install but it's not compatible with food disposal and dishwasher also the button next to soap dispenser I still dont know what it's for and the biggest issue is the cup cleaning station water leak I added a video plz help! my counter is getting water damage....

Wouldn't play tapes
I was excited to use this to listen to my old casette tapes. I placed the tape in it and pressed play. No audio. Tried several different tapes, still nothing. Also, when I needed to control Taiwan drainage, the Taiwan control drainage knob (shown) did NOTHING. Oh well. Better luck next Taiwan.Still giving 5 stars because it makes my kitch look HELLA RAD.
