Finally one that is really made of titanium, super lightweight and strong, the only downside is that it is small so it will only fit two pills so it's not going to be able to carry a lot of pills but at least it is portable and compact.

This is a strong and durable pill box that I can put on my keychain to protect my pills from being damaged and a reminder to take my meds. The titanium pill box is strong and will protect my pills from damages even if I accidently dropped or step on it. The compact size and light weight make it easy to put on my keychain without adding a lot of weight to it. The pill box is waterproof and air tight so I know my meds won’t get wet or contaminated.

This is a great keychain pill holder for on the go use. I have meds I need to take daily and with this little keychain I can keep a backup set in my purse at all times just incase I forget before I leave the house in the morning. It is lightweight and it screws together tightly and keeps them clean inside.

So I've tried a few of these, and they've been from way too large to the point where if you didn't have a purse you couldn't use them to too small that even an ibuprofens needed to be broken in half to be used in it to this. This is perfect. I can put about 6 standard full size ibuprofens with no issue. As a teacher having enough to deal with 2 headaches before I go home is a fantastic size and what I'd want. I'm also a guy and this is just about the perfect size to still fit in my pocket without being an oversized object that I wouldn't be able to use comfortably. It blends right in with my keys and tags on my keyring. If you need a convenient way to have some pills for headaches or pains on you I don't think you can do much better than this.

The titanium pill holder weighs 14g. The pill holder measures 2-9/16” with the small key ring attached, but the holder itself is just under 2”. It is waterproof with a small gasket in place; four additional gaskets are included in case the installed one is damaged or lost. The capsule can hold several aspirin or similarly small pills or possibly one large capsule. This is going to replace a much larger reused Tylenol travel tube for aspirin and allergy pills in my hiking/biking pack. As for the metal content, I can report that none of the parts are attracted by a magnet and it *looks* and *feels* like titanium, feeling a little heavier than I expect aluminum would. This is a good upgrade for my kit.
