Defective product sent
The moment we connect it to power there was a short circuit. I again tried with another adaptor they have provided, this time there was a bang with sparks and fire.Initiated return immediately.Very unsafe cheap Chinese product, please avoid buying it

It is a waste product and irritating connectivity, doesn't work properly, no support from company andno one even responds

extremly happy with purchase and service quality of device . bit tough to get it connected to home wifi ..but can be done with bit of patience .. once set its all on cruise mode.. nice picture quality ..along with good night vision in case of dark environment
