The best customer service ever
I was a lil bit confused how it works before but i spoke to an agent and he was so fast in helping me ,he was very efficient and professional ,I love Zhiyun

A wonderful light-weight lighting option
Firstly, overall I want to say that this is an amazing and (nearly (we'll come to this later)) well-made product and a perfect solution for creatives that are on the move, for things like vlogging and vox pops/interviews against night and ambient backgrounds. Also, I purchased a Bowens M<ount adapter so I could use larger Softboxes with it too.The scoop:I recently got back from shooting travel content with interviews for a client and the only issues I had where it let me down were a) it wasn't strong enough in daylight when counter silhouette on bright backgrounds with ND filters–I needed a stronger light for this. not the fault of the product but it is worth noting, and b) I think the dimmer is faulty as it goes from 0% Brightness to 100%. There's no gradient, so I couldn't balance the light without moving it further from the subject, which wasn't ideal at all.@ZHIYUN, please get in touch.In conclusion, if the dimmer can be fixed or they replace the item, it will be a welcomed permanent fixture in my travel gear bag.

Very bright and compact
The fan is silent, very light and compact you can attach it to your camera if you wanted to . It should come with the power adapter and not just a usb c cable
