Hopeless product - Just within 2 months SMPS has gone . There is no warranty or guarantee, no service available, the product is cheap 😔I had to shall out money for the installation, spare parts and the parts are so low quality that within 2 months of usage the SMPS has gone bad which will cost around 900/-Suggest to refrain from buying it.

Water filter is not working and the product image is appearing different on Amazon website and they provide different product it means they provide other product. We want a natural product that is shown in the product. The connection is loose. Service is also very bad. Pipe damaged, water leakage in side box of Aqua RO...If I am not given satisfactory service then we will complain in consumer court.

Unit received in sturdy packaging. Main unit with RO,UV & Copper etc came fully assembled. Outer filter is easily assembled.Proformance of unit is good. TDS checked for purified water was 07 ppm.Overall awesome water purifier for unbelievable price. Must buy..

You have delivered the RO leaked. There is a issue in the assembling of the product as quality is not much good as expected.

This review is based on 1 month of usage. We brought it for its low price but trust me, its the best at this price range. Water taste is also same as other branded ones.

RO is not working properly, purified water contains dust and the water taste is also abnormal. also the alkaline water filter is just for display, i think it do not have any relevant cartage.

Product performance if good. Only one electric solenoid valve is not working, Which need to be replace.
