So by the heft alone you know its solid. The mechanical features operate smoothily and efficiently. It looks great. I utilized this to make a closet into a safe. It was easy to install though it did take a minute to learn how to set the combination. Overall, its great and I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. 16Aug2024: I finally acquired a screwdriver $$ that fit this elusive screw. Changing from 1 to 3 stars after this success and I found out it has the always-unlocked mode. More to come once I start using it.3Aug2024: third time try, after the seller contacted me suggesting trying a smaller screwdriver. At least the seller reacted to my review, it is a good sign. I added an picture comparing the larger (I tried first) and the medium screwdriver I tried today. I also tried smaller ones, just in case. None of the screwdriver sizes moved the screw.I suggested the seller improve their instructions or add the correct size screwdrivers to the kit. Because I cannot keep buying new tools until I find the correct size for their particular hardware!24Jun2024: This is the second handle set that I received from Amazon. I decided to try a second set hoping it was an unique issue, but I discovered it is not. I suggest you to not buy it. I cannot imagine other hidden issues in the future. Possibly get locked out when you most need?Returning it, again!22Jun2024: Can't set the handle to the horizontal position, so there is no way I am installing it this way.The measurements and quality of the product are all good. But, there is a bad sign of issues ahead.I watched their installation video, which was too fast and difficult to understand. But hey, I have installed many door handles in the past so it should not be a problem, right? How wrong I was... I was not able to reposition the handle to the side I wanted because none of the screwdrivers I own (4 of them) could match the screw holding the handle. You may see the issue details on my video attached.

Good quality, sturdy. However installation is super hard. I was struggling with the connection pins and get it in correctly without helper. After getting in in place, still need to adjust. Once done, works pretty well. I like no battery buttons. However, very hard to turn the handle. My mom's hand cannot handle the torque (my previous product was pretty light to turn). Had to return and order an electronic lock.

In my case, it has been an easy installation as I installed about 3 other locks before this one last night and got a hang of it all, we have placed it in a storage door. It's totally mechanical. You can place combination of the numbers you want, that if, no matter the order in which you press the numbers, that is, if the combination is 2468, by dialing those keys, no matter the order, the handle unlocks. That was a little bit back on me, but then you see how hard it is to come up with the combination. All in all a decent buy.

This is a heavy duty lock. I really like the mechanical function and the key pad on both sides.Thanks so much for this awesome product
