These aren’t really big enough for some injuries but get cold well.

Don’t buy not worth it
This product is not worth buying. I tried to use one to help with my knee. It only got cool no matter how much you shook it and don’t use anything between the pack and your skin. If you do you won’t feel anything. The packs only stay cool not cold for about 5 minutes not the 15 that is advertised.

They were perfect for traveling bc I needed them for my back. They were better than putting ice on my back

These are not great. They don’t really get cold and loose coldness quickly. They are cheap but not worth it
