This is a solid choice for those looking for an affordable uninterruptible power supply, particularly for powering sensitive equipment like CCTV cameras. I have been using the UPS continuously for past week.One of its standout features is its **auto-restart function**, which ensures seamless resumption of operation after a power cut, making it incredibly convenient for CCTV systems that require continuous operation. The more reputed brands like APC and V guard don't have this function which is what made me chose Zebronics. The only problem is that it immediately resumes operation on low battery when power comes back instead of waiting for an hour or so for battery to have sufficient back up resulting in it shutting off in few minutes if power goes off again.Coming to backup time, While the seller has warning that says the UPS is not meant for micro load devices like Routers, the package of UPS says otherwise, It clearly states that this UPS supports micro load. The UPS gave a backup of more than 3 hours with just wifi router connected. With my CCTV system which consist of NVR, wifi router and 6 IP cameras, It gave about 1 hour backup. Time will tell how long the battery will last but I am satisfied with the backup time.However, the product has its shortcomings. The **build quality feels a bit cheap**, with materials that don't inspire long-term durability compared to other brands in the same price range. Furthermore, Zebronics falls behind in terms of **service center availability**, which can be frustrating for users who encounter issues and need quick assistance.The other problem is the annoying loud beep this produces every 10 sec on battery mode. This is not really a Zerbonics specific problem but a universal problem among entry level UPS irrespective of brand. I have no idea why they don't give us a mute button to silence the UPS. The only way to silence is it by removing cover and disconnecting speaker but it will lead to voiding warrantyZerbonics provides 3 UPS models in this price range but the only difference between them seem to be cosmetic. .I am very satisfied with this UPS. Its a great deal especially considering its thousand rupees cheaper than APC while having Auto restart function which is ideal for Routers, CCTV or Other systems that need power 24/7

Its voltage stabilty is preferably in good health till now. Load capacity is not bad. Backup time hats off. Compatibility is good and even stylish design. Only router can’t get connected. Rest Go for it🫵🏻

I’ve been using the Zebronics U725 UPS for the past 7–8 months, and while it worked fine initially, the performance has deteriorated significantly. The main issue is with the battery backup—it now drains extremely fast, giving me no time to even shut down my computer safely. The system shuts off almost immediately after a power cut, defeating the entire purpose of having a UPS.I expected at least a year or more of reliable service, but this early battery degradation is disappointing. If you're looking for a UPS for consistent backup support, especially for desktop use, I’d recommend considering more reliable options or ensuring better after-sales support and warranty coverage from Zebronics.

I bought this UPS after building my custom PC 2 months ago and here is my review exactly after using it for 2 months.There are been barely few power cuts for very small amount of time, lets say 5-15 minutes and it worked well.I've a PC which consumes 165W of power in total along with a router. The longest power cut due to work and tree cutting in moonsoon season are 1-2 hours.The UPS was connected all the time to the power outlet and when the power cuts off, it remained perfectly well for 30 minutes and then started beeping continuously indicating low battery which is surprsing as it should work atleast 1 hrs on such rating of 180W.On beeping, I save my work quickly and shuts it down. It suddenly stops beeping continuously as load is reduced and the router stays on for another 10 minutes.Overall, it serves my purpose of small powercuts. But if you have powercuts of atleast 1-2 hrs, I don't recommend this one or else go for it.

The media could not be loaded. I received a completely dead UPS. I ordered this product on 17th July and received it via next-day delivery on 18th July. However, the UPS is not powering on at all — it is completely non-functional. To make things worse, no return or replacement option is showing on the order page, and customer support is not responding on call. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I strongly advise others not to purchase this faulty and useless product. If you still choose to buy it, make sure to unbox and test it in front of the delivery person and return it immediately if it doesn’t work — because once it’s delivered, you will have no return or replacement support.
