These lasted 2 weeks MAX. Now they wont connect to my wifi at all.

Love that I can see and communicate when away, I'm nonverbal so i use asl to communicate, this really help and can be improved. Only problem i see right now is the audio goes in and out, which would be frustrating if your communicating using voice which my kids and dogs does since they still learning asl.

I set up the ICEELEC Indoor Security and 2-way video call camera with ease. The app is easy to download and setup. I tested it with my husband and my sister. It worked with great video and sound. There are 2 buttons right above the corner of the screen, you can assign a person that you wanted to call to that button. This feature is great for children or older parents to contact their family members. My sister is convinced and she’s going to buy two. One for her primary home and one for her vacation home.The camera can rotate about 350 degrees and can detect motion. If you have elderly parents and doesn’t always carry their cell phones, you can call them and this will ring in their home. Very valuable equipment. I highly recommend this.

Bought this to put in my mother’s assisted living apartment as she is having trouble with staff and using her cell phone. Could not even set it up as the error messages where in Asian characters! Return it.

This is like Skype without the hassle of passwords and computers.It needs Wi-Fi to work. It is an all together unit: the camera is connected to the call button. It can’t be taken apart and lost. It is redundant and clunky for the tech savvy and younger crowd.But I think it would be a great setup for people who want to simply talk to and see their family at the same time.

The media could not be loaded. I like this camera it has some really good pros you can see the majority of the room using that camera, the pic is clear in the light and in the dark. Voices comes across loud and clear from both ends you have the option of being notified when there's motion and someone can call you directly from the camera and u can record using a micro sd card cons include the fact that you have to have a power 110 power source for it to work and wifi to communicate so if you have an emergency and your electricity and/or wifi goes out it won't work. Also it's chord is on the short side and the screen and call button are stuck together with the camera so you can't hang the camera up in a corner out of the way so you're stuck having to find a spot for it which tends to be difficult when you want it to be somewhere where you can see everything but some people like myself are limited on space to put it because you want it safe where it's not going to get knocked over by your kids or your animals and due to the limited space you don't want to make your area feel more cluttered. I know my second reason is just my personal opinion is not really a problem of the camera itself so that's why I gave it a four it is a good camera good quality but I do think my first kind I was talking about was a legitimate concern

What this is a handy little product that is fully functional as a video calling device. It would be so much better. If they told you it works better. If you have two of these devices. It does have an app for your iPhone so if you push the button on the device, it calls your cell phone. Now with everyone having FaceTime I really don't see the point. Unless of course it's in the house on the same Wi-Fi net work, then the independency of having this device makes more sense. Otherwise, I don't think this is a product that is going to do very well.
