Seems like a nice piece of equipment and a fun way to listen to some music and get some exercise. The little I used it it glides nice against the carpet, but I would definitely listen to the other reviews about protecting your carpet from heat/friction damage. Unfortunately now I'm going to have to wait until I recover from knee replacement surgery to see how well it works in losing a few pounds, lol.

just started using it. It's a twisting boarding. didn't realize it moves completely around (doesn't stay in one place when you twist) it's an addition to your workout routine to add variety.

It was great while it lasted. Gave it to my teenage daughter at Christmas. By the time she started using it, it was May and now it is the beginning of June and it has broken in half! It was used properly, on the proper fit board mat. She weights 125lbs, so she did not exceed the weight for it. So disappointed, she really liked using it.

Love it. I'm over 70 & it works for me. 5 minutes feels like a full workout. Twisting on this board used muscles that had remained idle. Also you can do full workout in front of TV.
