Suntime Pop Up Canopy Outdoor Portable Party Wedding Tent with One Sidewall (NOT Netting sidewalls)

I love this canopy. Although it does not fully enclose, it is very nice. I only used it (1) day and then it became damaged. I used the day before Mother’s Day and the next day snow hit. While trying to take it down, all the slush was accumulating on the top and it became extremely heavy, one side became damaged. I didn’t realize the extent of the damage until Father’s Day. I then reached out Amazon for manufacturing warranty information, as I did not purchase their protection plan. They provided me with the company email information. I emailed the backstory and photos to support, along with my order number. A response was received within 24hrs, in which they informed me that I was still under warranty and sent me a replacement within 7 days.The company really made me happy as I was worried that I’d had to purchase all over again. I would recommend getting Amazon protection as well, so you can be covered for more than 1yr under warranty. Also recommend at least 2 people set up and take down. Handle with extreme care and ALWAYS refer to the instructions just to be sure you are handling correctly.

So here is my review. It was super easy to put up. My two son's helped and it was up in less than 5 minutes. I wanted to cover my patio and spend more time outside. Well August 4 2020 tropical storm went up east coast and unfortunately the canopy didn't make it through 60mph winds. It split just above seem and ran the length of the seem on 2 of the 4 sides. Some gorilla tape and it could be saved. It was up for 2 months when storm hit. I took pictures and contacted seller. They were awesome. I thing 2 messages is all it took and they shipped a brand new one since it was under warranty. They were fast with reply and replacement.

This was easy to assemble. The hardest part for us was probably the middle that took a bit of 5 minutes tops to figure out. It’s been 3 days now and so far so good!!...My only con was a that I purchased an after market net that doesn’t for as snug as I hoped but I think I will survive. I just hope the canopy itself stays with us for a couple of years.

To be honest I don’t know what kind of storms these other people are having but in Washington we had heavy rain and strong wind causing a lot of people to lose power and trees to fall but this canopy stood up nice I have it staked down and sand bags on it and I was worried the canopy wouldn’t hold up cause of the reviews I saw but I was wrong this canopy held up good it’s still up I still wouldn’t recommend having it out In a storm but this will hold up if you forget about it just make sure it’s staked down and have sand backs to weigh it down

The canopy it’s ok as long as you only use it when it’s not windy. I live in CA , San Diego area we don’t get a huge amount of winds. I put the weights on and one morning I got up to a mangled up canopy.They need to specify on their directions not to use it on a windy day. It’s common sense , But I thought the sand bags would stop it from blowing it away but it didn’t. FYI $200 down the trash!!!

I did not like that the canvas was thinner than expected. It started to tear beyond repair the 2nd summer I had it up. It only survived 2 seasons and I have yet to find a replacement for the frame.

Easy to assemble, seems thin so well see.... the zipper on the shade wall was kinked up out of the bag and subsequently lost. Looks nice though, now I have to fix the zipper on the shade wall of buy another.

I bought it in April for my family party, the canopy was delivered on time. It is big enough and very beautiful, my family love it very much. We can barbecue in the canopy. In addition, four small chairs can be put.It came with many grand stakes and 4 sand bags, to fix the canopy, very convenient. The sidewall can be zipped together to shelter the sun.About installation, it is easy! Only two people are needed to install it. The buckle is very convenient, anyway, the canopy is really easy to set up. But I don't think it can stay in the yard all the time, it will be spoiled by the rain.Anyway, i am very satisfied with this canopy.
