Best gluten-free bread I've found, by far!
After becoming celiac I gave up bread for years. I tried brand after brand and couldn't find any that had good taste and decent texture. One day I came across these in the freezer section In my neighborhood store. At 1st I didn't get them because I thought they were because they were too expensive for me but I finally broke down And tried a package and lo and behold I could eat bread again, and like it. These are so delicious. I truly love them - They have the perfect baguette texture. Simple to fix just toss in the microwave for about a minute and if you don't use it all, just place the inused portion back in the freezer - how simple. Sadly it's becoming harder and harder to find this bread in the grocery stores. I have seen store after store stop carrying it and replacing it with Udi brand bread which calls itself a baguette but is more like your basic dinner roll taste. It doesn't begin to compare with this wonderful product from Against the Grain. That's my opinion. I am a great fan; I just wish it weren't so hard to find.

These are wonderful and can be served warm
I'm new to cooking gluten-free, so I had no idea what these baguettes would be like, or how to serve them, but I'd heard they were great. I'm an experienced cook, but gluten-free products don't behave the same as their counter-parts. I searched the package, the website for Against the Grain, and reviews ... no mention of whether or not these could be heated in the oven. I wanted to serve warm bread with the meal, so I defrosted the baguettes for about 2 hours or so until they room temperature. Then I tossed them into a 350° oven for about 15 minutes. They were perfect. My husband (newly diagnosed with Celiac) is thrilled. Sandwiches are back on the menu :)

So Happy
After years and years of not being able to find a bread I can eat, due to celiac disease plus a host of food allergies, I discovered Against the Grain baguettes (the only Against the Grain product my local stores carry). Oh my - I started eating 1-2 loaves per day, although they are costly. And now...Publix has stopped carrying them. Utter panic. But I was able to find it at a health food store - back to my baguette obsession. These baguettes are not like true bread, and don't come remotely close to, say, sourdough, but they are good for sandwiches and that makes me happy. Now if they could just make them without eggs.

Best GF baguette I've found yet!
Stored in the freezer, you can take this out and cut off a piece, stick it in the microwave and eat. Really good, especially if you're longing to eat baguette!

Will never buy $80 worth of bread
Its good but nobody needs that quantity at the time nor do most have that much freezer room. Ill change my review when you change the quantity.
