The machine is easy to use and makes ice constantly until the basket is full or it runs out of water. The two sizes are really helpful and quick. The machine isn’t noisy when running except when the ice falls into the basket. I would definitely recommend this ice maker

The media could not be loaded. It's been making ice quite happily most days for a month now. Easy to use. It's not quiet but it's not really noisy. 9 ice cubes every ~5min, an ice pack every hour.

Absolutely love this ice maker! It’s so handy to have ice ready whenever I need it. Super easy to use, and it pumps out ice quickly. The self-cleaning function is a nice touch too. Honestly, one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I had it—now I wouldn’t be without it!

Does the job great, I like the larger size ice cubes better as they last longer. Great value for money and pretty quick making the ice.

At first it seemed like it was a great item. However after just a few uses (and after the return window closed) it is now faulty. The ice forms and blocks the mechanism and it starts to grind and make a horrendous noise. Tried running a cleaning cycle several times but made no difference. You get around 20 minutes of normal function and I’ve dispensation from it then it blocks up and has to be switched off until the ice that’s blocked it up melts.

Having seen on holiday with family a similar, but more industrial ice maker I was impressed. On arriving home I decided to do some research and look at getting one. Needless to say, it's a minefield. But, having read reviews, and deciding I would prefer a stainless steel version, I settled on this. My expectations were exceeded. It starts producing ice after about 6 or 7 minutes. The first batch....it makes 9 per batch....we're thin. However, once it got into it's stride, from then on, the ice 'bullets' were reasonably substantial. I decided on using store bought water, rather than tap...my choice...and emptying the basket into a freezer bag, and putting it in the fridge, between cycles. A 2 litre bottle of water produces about 2kg of ice, and takes a couple of hours. I am delighted with this unit, it's reasonable quiet, looks and feels a good quality and seems efficient.
