Ice Bath Tub Durable Cold Tub

I bought this ice bath tub for my son, he has been doing ice baths for a long time now.He loves it! It is sturdy, an excellent quality and has a cover. You can’t go wrong with this one.

I’m only 5’6.5” but I am glad for the larger size to be a little less cramped than I’d be in the smaller ones. So far so good, one ice bath down. I bought this to numb nerve pain in my hip, leg and foot. It’s not ideal to be folded up like a pretzel to ice bath because it aggravates the nerve, especially the flexion of the foot. But it was the best option in my price range. So the bath itself wasn’t comfortable but once I was out, the systemic soothing from the cold water is working it’s magic. Laying down now and the pain is short circuited and I’m feeling relief.

This tub is so EASY to set up. The material is thick and holds up. I wasn’t sure if I was gonna fit at first (I’m 5’9 210 pounds) but I did and was comfortable! I fill up 2/3 of water as instructions states and added 5 bags of ice. Water was chilled but next time I will add a bit less water and more ice. The lid is also super convenient. Happy with this purchase

Well now I know ice baths are not for me. I wonder if I can fill this up with hot water. lol I'll have to look into that. I think they could have made it more solid. Could have been higher quality or just cheaper. Could use the blow up hot tub type material instead of kiddy pool material. Lots of people like it, and it does serve its purpose so only one star off for quality / price ratio.

If you are unsure of the ice bath craze, this is a nice way to try it at a reasonable price point. Having done cryo chambers at considerable expense, I wanted to try this at-home unit. I filled it with more ice than water and let it sit for a short while before getting in. I am 5'3" /130 lbs so I had enough room to sit comfortably without being too cramped. I was concerned that it would not be very stable, but surprisingly once it is filled, the weight of the water and ice makes it quite stable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore the benefits of ice baths.

My husband is 6'2 and I didn't think he'd fit, to my surprise he managed to get in (still a tight fit). He really likes the cold tub for inflammation. Setup wad easy, overall happy with little tub.

The size of this tub is incredible. My husband really was worried that he would not fit in this because he's very tall, but he fit in here no problem. We filled it up probably about 2/3 of the way and once he was in, it was perfectly right over his shoulders. It was easy to inflate and put together and came with all the parts you need. I highly reccomend this!
