Love the product and app and the temperature is pretty accurate. But the battery life is terrible! I can’t get more than one to two months before it dies even though the battery reading still says I have half battery life. Have changed batteries several times and one thermometer will even last much longer than the other before it dies.

Update: increasing the stars because customer service was very helpful and offered a full refund.The specifications claim that it works down to -4 F, but it consistently shuts off in my freezer at 9 F. The whole reason I bought it was to keep an eye on my freezer (which we suspected was occasionally getting too warm). I can't use this at all.

Much easier to use to track if the temps change. Was unsure if AC unit was working properly during the day. Now I have a way to track the changes and show to AC guy when they ask. Only downfall is it only syncs when home and Bluetooth is on. Still better than handwriting all the temps. We purchased 2 more to put outside to have real time temps.

I wanted to monitor humidity levels in a basement closet to guide my storage decisions in that space. These are incredibly helpful. You do need to pop the battery compartment open to remove the plastic piece preventing battery drain. I initially was concerned the product was DOA because I’m accustomed to a pull tab. They were fine it’s just a more manual process than I expected.

Easy to read display and easy to replace batteries.You don't need an account to use these, this is the best part. You pair them with your phone and when you pass near them you can download the data.I would buy them again.
