Heartbeat - The Complete Series 18 [DVD]

It was wonderful to watch the whole series from the beginning with The Rowan Years. My only disappointment was the last episode where they left a cliffhanger for the next series and then axed the series so we will never know what happened. I think they should at least have done a longer follow up episode to finish off the loose ends. Still a great series despite the ending.

If you have watched any Heartbeats and enjoyed them I can recommend every single one.I have the whole series now.If you watch one a night you will have over a years entertainment.

We bought this DVD for our autistic as he is a big fan of Heartbeat. Son is enjoying watching the old episodes and can watch whenever he likes.

One star less because the last series leaves many issues open and if it was already known that the programme would be axed then it could have ended on a positive note. The final episode would have been great as flashbacks from all the series!I noticed today that the box set "The Rowan Years" now costs only a few pence more than this series 18! I will never understand Amazon's pricing policy but if you haven't yet purchased that box set then snap it up today. I paid around 50 GBP more when it came out and thought that was a bargain price when compared to the individual box sets, today's price is unbelievable!

One of the best dramas. I've got all 18 series of Heartbeat. I've also got series 1 & 2 of The Royal - spin off from Heartbeat. I'm waiting for series 3 to come out on DVD. If it does I'll be getting that and adding it to my DVD collection.It was a shame that both programmes got the axe.
