this actually works really well if: 1) you are hydrated and 2) you clean it with the right type of soap. Mine has lasted for over 8 uses and is still good. I use dawn dish soap and it does not need more that a few drops. then let it air dry really well, and once dry cover it with the sheet of plastic. Mine has done great! Like I said, I see the best improvement when I am plenty hydrated.

Doesn’t work with night sweats
It worked but had to stop using it because it caused a rash. I think night sweats and this being so air tight to skin caused the problem.
