YOLEO Gravity Heavy Duty Inversion Table with Headrest & Adjustable Protective Belt Back Stretcher Machine for Pain Relief Therapy

I purchased this table in December because I have a bad back. I have not been healthy enough to assemble it until recently. I am by no means mechanically or assembly oriented. The way this product was packaged was OUTSTANDING. All the parts were well labeled and coordinated perfectly with the assembly. I have used it and it works equally well. I does seem if you want to go totally upside down, you would need to remove (temporarily) the safety bar. However, I didn't need to go that far and got a beautiful stretch. It is stable, fits me, (at 6'1" and 260 lbs.) and is very comfortable. A great value. Do not hesitate, buy this one.

Haven't used this inverter tablet yet. But I am trying to put this 70 year old body back into shape and I hear these are fantastic for making your ( old body)feel better. Peace through strength! Not wanting any trouble,but want to stop or end it to my advantage.

It’s sturdy and so far so good. It was kind of a pain putting together but not difficult. The directions could have been larger so we could see the pictures better.

Helps a lot with lower back pain. I like the extended handle to lock my feet in so I don't have to bend as far. Height adjustment works well even at max adjustment and I use it at 6'6" 300lb. Giving 3 stars because of build quality. One or two of the bolts I needed to use my tap and die set to get the bolt installed. The range adjuster to limit your anger is kinda sketchy too and felt like it was going to pop out so I zip tied that in place.

I researched SO many different brands, sizes, etc. of inversion tables, before selecting this one. It arrived in 4 days and was very well packed with straps around the box to prevent it from possibly opening up or falling apart due to how big and how heavy the box was.Everything was clearly labeled inside the box. It took me (a 65 y/o female) a little over an hour to get fully assembled and up and ready for me to use. And boy was I excited to try it out.Before purchasing the inversion table, I did check with my doctor to get her thoughts on in me buying one. She highly recommended I get one, not only to help relieve the pain in my lower back that I have been getting daily…but also to possibly help with improving my mental clarity, mood etc.PLEASE - 'strap yourself to the table as instructed'. Be sure to engage the ankle holding system until it 'clicks/locks in'. Play around a bit with the different height settings to get the correct one for your height. Start by putting the adjustable rear cross-bar in the top hole to get a feel for it before lowering the rear bar down to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th hole. For me, the 3rd of 4 holes so far is what I like the best. It gets me upside-down enough to feel immediate relief/benefits of the pressure on my spine being de-compressed - OH IT FEELS AMAZING!!! I lay upside-down for about 2 minutes when I wake up in the morning and then again before I go to bed.Who knows, maybe my facial wrinkles will invert too :-)
