Loved this project!
Pros: challenging build, very entertaining, great instructions, a lot of extra pieces.Cons: some pieces are extremely fragile, one board of pieces was completely split (horizontally) so I had to glue all of the pieces back together, there are a couple of places where the ramps do not align perfectly so had to manipulate those areas.Slow and steady for this one, highly recommend!

Well designed precision game.
I Like Everything - superb design / precise manufacturing / well organized and labeled parts / excellent instructions / videos for tricky fits / quality materials . Only caution is you’ld better have strong thumbnails and get your own double stick tape. A needle nose pliers would also be helpful to install tiny wooden connectors. I’m half way thru construction. One of the bumper relays had defective connection threads. Sadly it Will take two weeks to get a replacement relay shipped from china. Will update review after I get the pinball machine working. Building this pinball machine is a marathon not a sprint. Best to savor the construction of this little marvel.

Well made. Takes time and patience.
I just built one. It’s well made, clear instructions, lots of extra parts if you break something. It will take time to build though… like more than a week.Once you start it up it’s impressive, cool lighting that changes color, various challenge modes, scoring, etc. It’s a little like building a really hard Lego project. If you can follow visual instructions (not words), you’re fine. I missed 3 aspects but 2 were easy to spot and resolve. The third was purely cosmetic but required some disassembly to resolve… that sucked. But it was my fault not theirs. You have to be very observant about minor difference in tiny little pieces and you have to think logically or it’ll overwhelm you I would guess.

Fun Build, Fun Toy
This unit is everything you could want in a build-it-yourself introduction to pinball machines. For people who don't have the time, money, and skills required to build and maintain bulky, complicated machines, this is where it's at.My only complaints are: there are no highscores as you either win or don't win and you don't score any points for going through the door indicated by the furthest-left arrow.Other than that, this is fun to build and fun to play!

Pinball memories
I've put together a few wooden diy, but this one was a bit more challenging. Curvy pieces for the ramps break easy if your not careful, good thing there are spares. I take a few days to do mine, my relaxing moments. I did glue a few pieces together, but it works, lights up, dings and pings. So even with the few mishaps, still deserves 5 star.

Great build experience
I have built several other kits from this company. All were a great experience. This one is their (and my) most ambitious yet. In addition to the wood pieces there are 3 electronic modules to control gameplay, sensors, lights, screws, bells, and some plastic components. You have to provide a USB power adaptor. The clippers were missing from the supplied materials, and I supplemented the tools with a better screwdriver, an Xacto blade (which I used instead of the clippers), and tweezers (to hold small screws during assembly). The build took me 3 days to complete. The ROKR provides a lot of spare parts in case you should lose a screw, spacer, or if one of the more fragile wood pieces breaks during assembly. The instructions are very good and detailed. I was amazed at the engineering design of this product. I was not expecting much from the gameplay and that expectation was accurate. A game consists of 6 balls. There are 6 balls supplied so I assume all 6 would be used during play. That is not the case, only 1 is needed as there is no multi-ball gameplay. The game provides a safe place to store the spare balls. ROKR states the the ball may become trapped and it is fine to nudge it back into the playing field. I found 6 such places in the limited time I played. I also had a drop-thru hole that was not large enough (last pic) for the ball to pass through. The gameplay does include all of the things you'd expect from pinball. There are ramps, lights, spinners, and kick-back bumpers. The flippers work quite well. This is not a high scoring game. It ends if you get to 1000. It did not take long before I could easily beat the game.Overall I like building this project but the finished unit is more of a novelty and conversation piece.Enjoy!

Perfect!
I bought this as a gift for my 13 year old son who loves building things. We have a million legos and was looking for something different. This is perfect! It took him awhile but wasn’t too hard. It’s held up well so far and we all love playing with it. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend if you’re looking for something different!
