I purchased this monogrammed mug for a coworker. Based off what he was able to tell me it came in exactly the way it should have as expected. So it's just like any other mug out there so it's got some good starting Ness to it and some durability. As far as the purchase and how it came packaged and ready to him he said it was in good condition. If i needed to get another mug like this based off his feedback i would probably use the same company again.

I selected this mug to make a coworker named Xavier jealous. He's occasionally complained that "high value scrabble letter people are hosed" when it comes to monogrammed stuff.The mug itself is a standard 12oz coffee mug with a nice X on it, Printing is good and it has survived both handwashing and dishwasher runs with no degradation.Xavier doesn't know it but I'm gifting him the mug when the six month eval period is up.So if your name is Xavier, Xerxes, or Xhosa, you're set with this mug.

This is a great mug. It's got a good feel in your hand - not too heavy, not too light. The handle is comfortable. The letter is printed cleanly and clearly. It went through the dishwasher well and I can tell it's not going to fade. I didn't include a picture because it looks exactly like the picture online. I thought 11 oz. was more than it was but that's on me. If you use a Keurig and routinely use the "large" cup setting AND put cream in your coffee, this mug is going to be too small. This is going to be a perfect mug for tea. 😊

I like this mug a lot. It is an average size mug, plenty big for the typical cup of coffee, but not huge. It has a smooth gloss finish that I expect will help the monogram last through more dishwasher cycles.I filled it with water to measure how much it can hold, and, filled to the rim, it actually holds exactly 12 fluid ounces. I use it 10 make 10-11 ounces of coffee with my single cup pour-through coffee maker, and it suits that purpose perfectly.And it has my initial on, so I always know which mug is mine. When someone tries to take my mug, I say, "Hey, that's my mug." Without thinking, they say, "I don't see you name on it." Then I say, "Look again, it has a 'J' on it, and I'm The J." No one has successfully stolen this mug from me yet.In my opinion the price is a little on the high side for a mug, but you are getting a good quality, useful product.
