Simple and satisfying.to read
I enjoyed this book and it's reading style. It provides a thorough introduction to the concepts of sound, resonance and vibration as an alternative therapy. It does a good job explaining how to use crystal bowls and mallets, Himalayan metal bowls, and a variety of tuning forks. The idea of sound healing is not new, but.it does not conform to the aims of Western medicine. Instead, works with the balance of energy within the body. While several of my friends use chakras as part of personal self-development, I know little about this belief practice. The author does a great job of explaining the concept and how people use different frequencies for sound healing.Great read.

Glad I picked this up
This book was recommended to me and I'm glad I read through it. Singing bowls are something I listen to and wanted to know more about how to approach (the tuning forks were a bonus). There is also a lot of really great background info in here. And while I am a person who has been on a journey for a while, there is always something to be learned in the similarities and the differences in other methods. Because after all, there is more than one way to the top of the mountain, but only one view. And how do you find your path to the top? You have to learn, try different methods, fail, experience... So give this book gander if you want to add to your journey
