Not worth buying
I bought these as thought I would try even though reviews not good as I usually buy disposable feet warmer soles. These do not give out any heat at all. They just feel slightly warm on bottom of toe area only, not whole length of sole. They take 5hrs to charge and only last 2hrs. I was able to refund the item with no fuss so thank you for that.
