This is very soft velour and smells beautifully of lavender. The heat and warmth combined with the scent is very soothing and relaxing. Also comes with a drawstring bag to store it. Lovely product. I use it for sinus pain and pressure and headache. There are instructions on a leaflet inside the box but it was annoying that the product was delivered in just its box with the address label stuck right over all the instructions. The actual product is great.

Good quality product and works well. For me the piping around the edges really irritates my nose, sometimes to the point of being painful but I wouldn't not use it, I just have to keep moving it to a different position.

I feel it doesn't stay warm enough but it's nice if you suffer from bad sinus

Absolutely love this face pillow. It has good coverage (I wanted something to warm my whole face to help melt clogged pores and help with dry eyes). I find the temperature is perfect after 80 seconds in the microwave. I can confirm that it contains linseeds and dried lavender flowers, so lovely and natural other than the synthetic outer cover. The outer cover is very soft and feels great on the skin. The lavender smells beautiful and is very relaxing. Can highly recommend.

A truly fantastic product, which is giving me so much pain relief. The instructions are clear and helpful, the cover is so soft, and the linen bag inside just pops out to go in the microwave. It's not over-full so you can manipulate it to the shape of your to face easily. Like any wheat bag it cools down quickly, but I really can't recommend this brand enough. The manufacturers' packaging was great, and the seller top notch, too. Arrived bang on time.

I would like to order a 2nd one, hower, recently Amazon prime service is now covered with anpost that is a terrible service so I will order somewhere else
