Needs separate TENS unit with compatible connectors and at least ONE Y type connector!
This rating is subject to change since I have not yet been able to actually use the device. What I can review at this point is the quality of the enclosed directions. They are overly simplistic and as a result leave out needed information. The gloves apparently require a lead from the TENS stimulator (not supplied) that has a Y connection such that one lead attaches to the stimulator. The lead from the glove then attaches to one of the branches of the Y connector from the stimulator. A second lead is attached to the adhesive electrode, on the same arm as the gloved hand, and then attaches to the Y connector on the TENS stimulation unit. I ordered a TENS unit for the gloves but it is not expected to arrive for two days and I have no idea if there will be a Y connection lead included with the TENS unit. This Y connector should be part of the package that came with the gloves, but it did NOT! With out this connector I believe the gloves will be virtually useless.
