I have deleted my previous “Disappointing and Frustrating” review because the camera is now working as it should , without the extreme tracking movements past the object in view , and the bizarre vertical shift to a view of the ground during the night even after I’d given up and switched the motion tracking off . I changed my broadband provider so I had to reset the camera . Unfortunately , the apprentice electrician who fixed it to the wall had enclosed the reset button and other wires inside the hollow fixing bracket . I only found this out after a few uncomfortable and unsuccessful crawls in my cramped roof space looking for the wire/button . Finally , I removed the camera from the wall and there it was! To do this , I had to remove the protective chrome cage ( with a view section cut out ) I had fitted . I decided to leave the cage off because the young vandals couldn’t get in my garden by then . It eventually dawned on me that I could stop worrying about motion tracking because it wasn’t malfunctioning any more . So it seems the metal cage was the cause of the problems and I apologise to the seller for my previous negative review . I recommend this camera to anyone who needs excellent zoom and clear pictures .

This security camera can either be used to deter potential intruders or in my case, deter people from stealing parcels that are left on my porch.It has two way audio, so I'm able to tell delivery drivers where to leave parcels and hopefully, it deters people from stealing parcels when they are left on the porch.It has a 5MP, 2.5K camera, which is pretty clear, although for the price, I was expecting slightly better. It also a nightvision mode, which can pick up images in the dark.There's a motion sensor feature with automatic tracking and you're able to zoom in and tilt the camera remotely from the app.You're able to activate paid cloud storage or it can take an SD card up to 128GB for recording.All in all, it's a good security camera, but quite pricey at £139.99, which was the cost at time of writing. Although, there is currently a £20 off voucher on offer.I hope you found this review helpful.

Resets it self at 1am every morning.. totally loosing it's set point... sort that out and I would buy again

I only received item yesterday and got it up and running all be it indoors. When I decided to unplug it and put in box ready to put up outside today,the camera was extremely HOT which was a bit alarming. Have never noticed this on any of my other different brand cameras. Should I be concerned?

These are worth the buck

Hi, this thing is big and bulky compared to my 2mp eufy, its big and very plasticky, it definitely looks a deterrent, its powerful and bright and has got a good zoom on it, make sure you download the right app, unlike me in a rush as there is a couple on App Store with same name, once i figured out I got the wrong one and put the proper one on, its quite easy to set up, the picture looks good, it says HD and the zoom is really good, everything else seems to work well, the 2 way audio is clear, nightmode is good and lights are bright, i just think its too big, for the extra money I definitely prefer my smaller sized eufy, it would suit a workplace premises 😀

This camera does not work with Alexa on some smart TVs, and when it does the Pan, Tilt and Zoom features cannot be controlled. Also the camera can only be viewed on one device at a time, see attached. The Sannce app is not as good HiCam pro, which unfortunately will not recognise the Sannce camera.

£140 at time of reviewThis thing is enormous, couldn’t believe how big it was when I opened the box, certainly no wall flower, stick this outside your house and anyone approaching will know for sure you have a security camera, no subtlety here! that’s not necessarily a bad thing, but if you’re looking for a discreet camera, this is not the one for you.Set up is relatively straight forward, download the Sannce App, connect to the camera and you’re pretty much up and running. You can set it to notify of movement, track objects etc (ie humans, so hopefully it won’t get triggered every time a large bush or tree in your garden gets blown around by the wind) being a PTZ this has a zoom, but unlike a lot of cameras on the market this is a proper optical zoom, not a digital zoom, and boy what a zoom, not sure why most people would need a zoom this powerful, but if you have a large property and want to check on what someone is up to at the bottom of your garden or end of your driveway this will certainly do the trick!During the day in bright conditions this captures a good image, although as per usual video is quite compressed. In low light it struggles a bit, at which point it needs to switch over to it’s built in light or infra red. The results are ok, better than some lesser security cameras I’ve tested, and again for most it should suffice give you that peace of mind or at least keep a record of any untoward activity.Only thing I wish is that the power cable was a little longer, yes you can get extenders easily enough. But also at this price point I would have preferred the option to also have Power Over Ethernet, that would have been really handy, but again for most use cases this would likely not be used, but would have been nice.Hope my review was helpful
