Mizuno Baseball GXT3A Training Paddle, Black-Cork, 10"

Good price, fast shipping, as described. Daughter now understands what this glove was deigned for. At first glance she thought I was joking. But I used a similar one when I played, and it helped me with the hand-eye coordination, timing, and a quick ball transfer from glove to hand.

I coach luittle league, and the kids use it with no problem. It takes a beatting and glove is still running like a champ. I like the glove and planning on buying more.

We like that we could get a paddle glove for a "lefty" to help teach two handed catching technique. This glove goes on the right hand and is meant for a left-handed person (throws with their left hand). It is a great glove and works well, hence the 5 stars as this is indeed a 5 star product.However, we dislike that we had to peruse the reviews and look for people who were upset at getting the wrong sided glove as the only way to know that we would (probably) get a glove for a lefty. The gamble paid off and we received a lefty. Yay!As a long time user of Amazon that has shopped for multiple items for a lefty child, I can confidently say that the appropriate labeling of and ability to search for left-handed items are an ongoing quality control issue for Amazon. I would like to see the Amazon team address this issue by developing a system in which left and right handed items are clearly marked as such, including pictures that reflect the correct handedness of the item. I would also love having the ability to mark "left handed" as a search narrowing option. I'm not sure if they are not aware of the issue, or if the financial and/or "pride in a job well done" incentives of doing so are not enough to make it a priority compared to other issues they have to devote time and resources to.

Very good training glove, at a reasonable price. I've been a Rawlings Heart of the Hide devotee for 40+ years, but balked at the price of the HotH Francisco Lindor training mitt - just too much for something that is a training aid, and will not ever 'break in' since it is meant to be stiff and without any pocket. The Mizuno appears to be built identically, with full grain leather, but not the specially tanned leather that goes into high-end gloves that you break in just right for yourself. The whole point of the training mitt is there is no pocket, and 'breaking it in', even if it were possible, would be counter-productive. Save yourself $100+ on the training glove, get the Mizuno, and then take that $100 and put it toward a HotH or an A2000 or Mizuno Pro Select game glove.

Both my kids love this thing, their hands are getting really good using the tool, watch the video on you tube where ozzie albis and ron Washington go over their drill session using a fielding training glove and you’ll het a lot out of this one.

Great glove for practice. Only downside is the finger stalls are a bit narrow, but overall a great purchase

Great training aid, made of good quality. After several 1 on 1 field-training sessions, I am surprised with my 10 year old son's fielding confidence and his smoothness. His confidence in fielding is visible!

Sweet trainer glove. Well made feels solid. There are subtle ridges in the mitt that make it a little more real feel without defeating the integrity of what the glove is for. This is great for adults all the way down to my 7 y/o.

Perfect for fielding training. Will last as it's very durable.
