I normally don't write reviews, especially Negative ones. But I was highly disappointed that it couldn't detect my SIM Card which was a T-Mobile (Metro PCS) which says was specifically unlocked for it. I had re-inserted the SIM card on this phone multiple times, even tried the Second SIM Card Slot. Turned it on and off with my SIM card inside several times but still no detection. It's a beautiful and large phone, but just as good as a paper weight if I cannot receive and make calls or texts. Oh well. Just my 0.02 Cents. And I don't know the reasoning why it wouldn't connect to my network either. I am just going to take my chances of going to my Cell Phone store and buy a new one. At least I am walking out with a new phone that has guaranteed signal even if I am paying a little bit more than Amazon.

It's shiny. Works well with WiFi, but won't hold a 4G signal where I'm at. So I am unable to use it with my T-Mobile account and it is not compatible with Mint mobile. So I have a mini tablet for the house, maybe I will use it as a bike computer/golf GPS............

Inexpensive and came with a cheap case and screen protector. Speaker wasn't very loud, but nothing I couldn't live with. Unfortunately, I stopped being able to hear callers. General troubleshooting steps found online didn't help. Tried contacting tech support, and they told me that they were on vacation for FIVE days, and to try again when they got back. They responded with an email asking for my order details, and asked me to run some diagnostic software on the phone. I obliged. 24 hours later, and still haven't received a reply. I knew it was cheap when I bought it, but was hoping it would last longer than 3 weeks. At least it failed within the return window.Edit: After returning the phone, they offered to send me a new one free of charge, without me needing to send the old one back. They also started responding promptly to emails. So, perhaps they resolved the issues they were having with customer support.

The box came with the phone, screen protector, phone case, and charger. Very nice to have everything in one. And this was the fastest delivery I have ever received. Don't expect the same delivery because we are indifferent locations but everything in the box you should expect to get. Great but I am happy

Is a nice phone nice color but unfortunately not work with T-Mobile and some time disconnect from wifi and you have to restart the phone to connect with wifi again

Bought 2 of this phone took them to my country to give them to my family and it doesn’t work. They put a SIM card in it and it doesn’t fit then when you check it out the part where the sim goes has defect some iron thing is missing to hold the SIM card in place now my money waste and my family had to pay money to get it fixed don’t waste your money it’s a trash phone
