MedNovis SUDORmed 1200 Iontophoresis System with Direct and Pulsed Current

I have had this product for 6 months now and only used 12 times. It has already broken I can't seem to find any contact information for the seller so that I can get a refund/replacement!

it works well once you work out how to use it as instructions are translated and sometimes don't explain everything as well in English. but you can work it out eventually. Slightly different to the one we used at the hospital in its workings but does the same. pulse part seems to be the same as the hospital one. I have only used it with water and the hands felt very dry afterwards, have yet to try the fluid the hospital supplied once it comes. Expensive item but I feel its better than trying to create my own as it would worry me that Something might happen if i tried that. If you can afford it it is worth the purchase and cheaper on amazon than other places.

It works. If you want dry hands, buy it, it works.My experience, with daily iontophoresis use, in about 5 days your hands will start to dry. And they will become really, really dry. I actually had the problem of my skin starting to break on my wrists because they were so dry. However that was my fault for putting too much water in.My hyperhidrosis problem was at a medium sort of stage where my hands were often wet. So shaking hands and so forth was embarrassing.I generally find setting the machine to 30volts, constant currant, for 20 minutes, and you'll be drier then the Sahara desert. However you don't need to have those settings, you can do it for shorter, less voltage and at a variable voltage for increased comfort (though less effective)What you experience is a tingly sensation in the hands. Lower the voltage if it is too uncomfortable. Beware of cuts or skin damage as this will make your nuts recoil into your body. If you have a cut on your finger, just raise your finger out the water and continue.To operate the machine, just pop the batteries in the controller , connect the wires to the pads (shove the pins right into those rubber pads, and it's safer to always leave them in for future use). The wire from the rubber pads plugs into the controller. Plug it into the left for a more comfortable / less effective session. Plug it into the right hole for a less comfortable / more effective session. The voltage on the left hole can go up to 60volts because it sporadically turns on and off quickly. The right hole has 30volts as it continuously pumps those electrons into your panda paws. Each hole has its own control buttons below. The important display options are voltage level and timer. It is pretty easy to figure out.Don't overfill the case with water, it's a pig to empty the water otherwise, plus the water will go too far up your arm and you will dry up your arms. Just do it so it covers the sweaty palms, half way up your handYou may experience some redness of the skin. This is basically electrical burning. This is because you're sticking your hands into electrified water for 20 minutes. It's not a problem, it doesn't hurt and it will pass after a couple of days. Deal with it. If you want dry hands, it's a very small and temporary price to pay.The instruction leaflet is translated from German or something but its quite understandable.I don't know why this machine works, but it does. Give it roughly 5 days to a week and you should see the hands become super dry. And let me tell you, it's quite an experience. Nothing makes them sweat anymore. It's quite amazing and very confidence boosting.I've tried a few other products to fix hyperhidrosis. They didn't work. This iontophoresis machine works perfectly. If you want dry hands I recommend it.

wish I could give no stars.. terrible product and customer service! avoid this and dont waste your money!!

The instructions for use are very unclear, mainly due to poor translation. This does not instill confidence in the product.

just one bad comment that the charger is quite poor, as the batterys just die in minutes so i am just using normal batterys for the device and they last much longer however the device does work for its intended purpose it's the cheapest device i could find so thumbs up.
