Good product no nasty side effect
I take this for migraine prevention and to give me a little Vit D boost.Have not had any nasty side effects which is remarkable with some of the lotions and tonics that are sold on Amazon nowadays.Would recommend.

Great value for money
Great value for money. As a vegan, I struggle a lot with lack of B12 and D3 and I just got a year's supply for less than a tenner. After a couple of days, I can already tell a difference

I don't think they work?
I've been taking these daily since my purchase in July to receive blood test news today that my Vitamin D levels are still on the lower side (39) and that I require an OTC Vitamin D3!! Disappointed now with this product 😕
