DISTANCIOMETRO LASSER
IT IS EXCELLENT EQUIPMENT, IT WORKS PERFECTLY, VERY PRACTICAL, A GOOD SIZE TO CARRY IT, THE FUNCTION OF DELETING THE READING MADE IS VERY EASY AND PRACTICAL. I AM IMPRESSED HOW THE COMMUNICATION WORKS AND DOWNLOADS THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE PHONE. JUST LIKE THE VIDEO THAT IS SHOWN AS A PROMOTION. I RECOMMEND IT 100%

The Laser Device and App Works
The Laser device works and communicates with the Smart Life app. The app doesn't do anything except display the numbers from the laser device. I wish it did more!

Exceeds Expectations!
Against popular names like Milwaukee and Bosch, Acegmet is a no-name generic that I was hesitant to try.But this laser tape measure was cheaper than the name brands, so I said, "Why not?" and took the plunge.The laser measure arrived earlier than expected, packed neatly in a sturdy box, wrapped in plastic.Includes glossy color instructions in English that walks you through normal operation, two AAA batteries and a cloth carry-bag.It even has a backlight!Because I was skeptical, I ran a test of each advertised feature- length, area, volume, and Pythagorean triangles.After each measurement, I compared the readout to a manual reading with a Stanley tape measure.To my great pleasure, each laser measurement was accurate.Just goes to show you that even small companies can do big things.PROS:-Each function works as advertised-Includes batteries and carry-bag-Has English instructions with mostly accurate grammar, and color diagrams.CONS:-None yet!

Good for the price
Addressing a couple of the 1 star reviews:1: it does measure referenced from front or back of unit. The button to select is right on the front and clearly labeled.2: Units of Measure: Press and hold the UNIT button to switch between decimal meters, decimal inches, feet-inches-fraction (eg, 5’ 5-3/16”)I will update when I use it more

Overall it is good product
As described, easy to use. connectivity is with smartphone is good.(This is not related to this product hardware ) User interface has places to improve, especially for Iphad it could use full screen to have bigger floor plan. Another issue is small areas measurements overlapping each other, some become unreadable(software fix will fix it ).But it is first release, I am setting five star to have upcoming fixes.
