Good value
Had no problems with it over two years. Updates no problem and well made.

A very capable diagnostic tool
To get the most out of this tool you really need to spend some time using it and getting to know what the functions mean. The easy to use automatic diagnostic function makes for a great starting point and the report it produces can be e-mailed so that you have a record of what was found. I have only had a quick test but was surprised that it picked up a few error codes stored on my vehicle that my previous diagnostic tool failed to reveal. If you are a DIY mechanic and what a tool that covers a multitude of vehicles then this isn't a bad choice. Price is similar to other models from Autel & TopDon and from what I can see, they are all pretty much based on the same software and design so it's really a case of whatever one you prefer.

COUNTERFEIT AVOID
Had I realised these a counterfeit launch and not real launch I wouldn’t have bought it as one had it a few months and the software has failed so I contacted launch with the details supplied in the trouble shooting guide and they asked for my device serial number and they told me it was a counterfeit and there is no match to the device absolutely shocking amazing allows this BUY GENUINE

Great for semi professional
Excellent, more in depth info ,picks up codes the cheap hand held ones don’t , codes keys what a bonus , send health report to own email, can’t fault for the money, pays for itself eventually as had chap out to my car beforehand cost me £40 to tell me code ..

The tablet itself is well built with lots of useful functions but the instructions are basic and vague, meaning that unless you are an expert you have to navigate different forums and websites. Navigating between functions could also be faster.
