I just started using this after researching the Cordyceps mushroom themselves, including on the ncbi/pubmed website. I work 12 hour shifts, I try to study consistently, and I have an elderly parent who has worsening dementia. I received item super fast! I have only taken this for about five days now but I've noticed a huge difference in my mental alertness. I have taken the Cordyceps faithfully for 3 months, specifically for an irreversible lung condition. When I went for my 6 month breathing test and followup appointment, I was told that my respiration/saturation was improved as well as expiration volume. In addition, rales sounds were hardly noticeable. When I walk on an inclined treadmill, I can go for 30 minutes without getting out of breath. I am very happy and will continue to take it!!!
