Great item
I love this item but the only thing I have to say that’s negative is, you have to pay for each individual car make to enable you to diagnose and actuate things and further dive into the car’s modules. For just a obd2 scanner it’s great

Freezes dont load updates are complicated
Got this from a family member and can honestly say i hardly use it it freezes and is trash atleast my 9$ obd2 Bluetooth scanner works without freezing. I would definitely pass on this one.
