I’ve had annoying (but not extreme) knee pain since childhood. I started taking turmeric along with black seed oil and my knee pain is literally gone. However, I wouldn’t say this alone got rid of the pain. The black seed oil helped and the price I paid helped me be more consistent with taking the turmeric daily. I definitely will continue to buy this. 1 month I will try taking the turmeric twice daily alone for 2 weeks to test it’s results alone.I use to wonder was the yellowish color real or not. It definitely is because I recently purchased fresh turmeric root to make a anti inflammatory tea along with ginger and omg my fingers and nails were stained yellow for a week. So that color and taste is definitely real. Don’t wear white while taking this!Also for those who are cry babies about natural supplements not tasting good. Yes it has a bad taste but you’re not taking it for flavor. It’s a supplement with proven health benefits. I chase it with water or coffee. My boyfriend puts it in his morning daily juice to mask the taste. It is what it is. At the end of the day it will help your inflammation problems and I will be buying again soon!

I take turmeric on the regular. I ran out of my normal capsules and needed a quick replacement. It's a nice strong extraction (strong taste, leaves the toothbrush yellow, etc.), the only thing is there's no black pepper in the formula to help with absorption of the curcumin so I had to remember to eat pepper when taking it. I've gone back to the caps I normally use, but this tincture got it done in a pinch.

I really can't say that I love it yet for I haven't really used it that much but I can tell that it's doing something when it comes to inflammation. I bought a bigger bottom for, with all the working out that I do, I can use all that I can get. It also seem to have reduced inflammation in the neck as well internally. I have fought acid reflux for years and with God's wisdom I'm starting to beat it. He created natural supplements for us so why aren't people using it more? Just doesn't make sense but that's their lost...I'm believing that I will help someone someday on why using what was naturally created for us works. My esophagus was swelling and everything...I believe that this supplement is helping me to avoid major issues down the road. I had this at a 4 star but just talked myself into changing it into a 5. You see, I take a lot of supplements and it's hard sometimes to tell if it really works or not. Well, I use to take the Turmeric in a Capsule form but this liquid seems to be working a whole lot better...even with the alcohol content it doesn't cause a major discomfort in my stomach.

I have tried upwards of a dozen different brands of tumeric - extracts, pills, with curcumin, black pepper extract, etc. Not only is this on the cheaper end of that spectrum, but for myself and my husband it is by far the most effective and has become our preferred brand. Yes, it tastes vile, but that is to be expected. Shake well, place dropper on the back of your tongue and swallow. We notice improvement within minutes. Be careful not to spill this on your clothing as it WILL stain! If you do, use Dawn dish detergent - the surfactant will help remove the stain though it usually takes me multiple applications and scrubbing to remove. Tumeric has a number of health benefits - namely reduction of pain and inflammation. My husband blew out a disc a few years back and every now and again he overdoes it and suffers severe back pain. A few shots of this and life is tolerable again. I have also used in recipes - Golden Milk, Tumeric Smoothies, etc. This is the real deal! You won't be disappointed. I have purchased on multiple occasions and the quality is consistent. Why spend more when you can get the best at a bargain?

This product has been a godsend for me. I have arthritis in my knees and I also have celiac disease. I have yet to find a otc pain reliever that is truly gluten free. I have learned that anything packed in a gelatin capsule is almost always contaminated with gluten regardless of their claims.. I am super sensitive to gluten..This product is definitely gluten free and has cut my pain by more than half... I take it 3x a day.I put a dropper full in a shot glass of coffee and then drink my full cup of coffee after.. it has a quite unsavory taste to say the least, but does everything it claims to do. I started using this for an injury to my knee from a fall at work. The pain and inflammation was intense in my "good knee" so I was in dire straights.... This has made it so I can be on my feet and not be in complete misery all day. while my injury healsAnd It also lowers and regulates my blood pressure, as an added benefit.
