I bought this for my baby who caught a cold during winter after being advised a saline neb would be even more effective than saline drops. It's a wonderful little gadget and powerful aswell. It has 2 settings that delivers the vapour. Number 1 setting was always the best for my boys' little nostrils. It's really easy to set up and easy to use.

It’s hard to review this at a time when there’s no illness needing treating in the household. It’s certainly easy to use and seems to work well. I was pleased to find it’s rechargeable (USB), with a claimed 6 x 20 minute runs on a full charge. It seems well made, nothing special but about right for the price, and comes in a useful pouch that takes all the bit and pieces.Please be aware of the difference between inhalers and nebulisers. This is a nebuliser. Nebulisers create a steamy atmosphere to be breathed in, usually via a face mask. An inhaler sends an atomised dose of medication directly into the mouth. Accurate dosing is easier with a nebuliser, and that’s arguably what most people should buy.This product from KKmier is wrongly described in the Amazon listing as a steam inhaler, even though the picture shows a box with "Nebuliser" written across it! The instructions get it right, calling it a nebuliser throughout. The instructions are quite good, incidentally, but you’ll need your best specs to read them.If a nebuliser is what you need, this seems perfectly adequate for domestic use and the price is reasonable.

This is excellent ,I use two different types of liquids ,and it works very well

got for copd medication and very good bit of kit very happy but a liitle pricey

I really would like to give this product 5* but after not even a year it broke.I found it really useful for my kids as you could take it anywhere and it wasn't as loud as the others.just Shame it broke.

I love this. Compact, quiet and easy to clean. I had very old and noisy train with long cable. You need literally one second to set up all the process, put the saline into the machine and thats it.Yes , it takes quite a bit time to recharge. You can use up around 3 maybe 4 times in a day before recharging
