Rough Rider Pocket Pliers Fold Knife, SS spear blade, Smooth tobacco bone handle

It's an interesting knife design. About the size of a Swiss Army "Tinker" but much heavier. Unfortunately, the one I received has been a bit of a lemon. There are sizeable gaps between liners and scales. And the large blade has two large areas that show evidence of blade rub. The pliers are functional, but loose. One of the tiny rivets that hold the spring on the pliers down is coming loose. This just looks like a (badly ab)used knife.
