Even reading the dimensions carefully I was surprised at how much smaller these storage boxes looked in person. The white part of my pictures is a regular piece of printer paper, so you can get a good idea of the size. We frequently have more guests than seats in our family room so I was hoping these boxes would give people at least something to sit on. Even though it says it can support up to 330lbs, it does not seem that sturdy. I wouldn't trust it for even a small adult to sit on. I wasn't really looking for an "ottoman" but when I hear that term I picture something that you can lean back in a chair and rest your feet on. These are definitely too small for that. They do make nice looking little storage boxes though and keep my kids things out of the way without looking like a toy box.(As a note, I was offered additional items in exchange for writing this review. That did not effect my opinion of the storage boxes though.)

Either we received different products, the one they received back in Nov 2017 was inferior or they typed utter garbage. And since they were hoping to use it (at 16" high) to add as extra seating for more guests than furniture, I think I can deduce which scenario it is...I ordered this to go under my desk at home. It fits perfectly and my legs rest at a slight downward angle.The top has plenty of cushion and the whole stool holds my weight with no issues (5' 9" 215lbs). Yes, I tried it out since the "top reviewer" stated that it would not hold even a small adult. That being said, if you use it to stand on, you are on your own. IT IS A HOLLOW BOX...I would not put much more than 20lbs inside if you are going to be lifting it for any reason.It is a nice looking, sturdy Foot Stool/Storage Box that is at a great height for resting tired legs or as a quick, soft, temporary seat.

Admittedly, this is a bit smaller than I was expecting, but it's really well made, and it arrived on time! It's much sturdier than other storage ottomans I've bought in the past, and I would absolutely recommend this to others (and plan on buying more). I use it to store herbs, teas, and other knick-knacks. Overall, great! I included the notebook for scale.

The dimensions are as described. The pink tone is a tiny bit more vibrant than I imaged it to be but it would definitely be very nice in a nursery or children's room. I do wish I had bought the grey, nevertheless. Feels sturdy, I can sit on it with no problem. I use it next to my bed so my pup can climb on easier; she's only about five pounds. Quality seems nice too. No loose threads or anything, color is even, I can't really find any faults.I was asked to leave a review by the seller, but this did not influence this review by any way; this is my honest opinion.

These cubes are amazing. they are well made, extremely sturdy, the colors are beautiful and the pleather like material looks exactly like leather. I purchase 9 of them to organize my Hall closet and they worked beautifully.I will definitely be purchased seen additional cubes to organize my bathrooms, and also our bedroom closet. For the price, you're not going to find anything nicer.

Even though I knew the measurements, I was still surprised by the small size. That being said, it's the perfect size to put next to the coffee table for my kids to sit on while they do something on the the coffee table. I love that it's the 'bench' shape and not square as it helps it looks like a seat and fits with the rectangular coffee table. The top is comfortable, and the box feels very sturdy. The color is nice (I got the orange) and the fabric is not shiny or cheap feeling. Mine did arrive with a small black scuff already on the top so I'm interested to see if it marks easily (and if it cleans easily!)

This was perfect for me. I tried both this smaller footstool and standard sized ones, and like this one better for under my desk. Good size to store DVDs and for under desk use, which is why I got this size, bad size for living room sofa ottoman- would be too small. I've pictured it next to a standard ottoman and a standard DVD case in the picture, so you can see the size- it's the smaller of the two ottomans pictured. Would also be great seating for a kid or a storage box for a living room.

Obviously, at this price, these are not made of leather. Why the seller would say they are is the question. Regardless, they are well made, durable and suited my purposes perfectly. I use them as foot stools to raise my legs/feet when sitting at the computer. They also accommodate legal size file folders which is a bonus. I would have given 5 stars if they were honestly described.
