Love this book

Mommy and me.....no way ..all but a couple of these patterns are suitable only for toddlers. I know of no adult who would wear them except on halloween. The cover is severely misleading. I feel I threw away my money and would not recommend this book to anyone.

I have reviewed this book and enjoy the different styles of crocheted hats. One of the things I like about this is that there is something for everyone, from quirky to cute to chic to sweet.

Wish I had read the reviews, wouldn't have wasted my money. Maybe one is usable. The others are an insult to the wearer. Don't know of many who would wear the silly designs. Even the models look embarrassed to be wearing them. Sigh.

This book is absolutely amazing. The patterns are stylish and modern and there is something for everyone from fun and silly to chic and demure. The patterns are extremely easy to follow so even a beginning crocheter would be at ease working them up. This is the new crochet experience not some outdated dusty book from your grandma's closet. Every one of these patterns are creative and sharp leaving the user wanting to complete one after another. The author out did herself. Not only are the patterns easy to follow but the book design is beautiful. There are full page glossy photos and plenty of reference photos if you get stuck. Not to mention all of her models are REAL people. It shows how great the designs are that the models are not Photoshopped like crazy and over posed. I love the message that sends. It tells me this is for everyone! My favorite pattern is Ocean Air Cloche. It is easy to work up and simple yet very elegant and can be worn any season! Definitely a wardrobe must. I want to make it in a few more colors for my daughter.

Not anything I could use.

Another great book with great designs that the whole family can enjoy. What could be more fun than to have a hat just like Mommy or Daddy! The photographs are so cute, and this book is great for beginning crocheters as well as more experienced crocheters. I love the different textures of the hats, and the step by step instructions are easy to follow. There are pictures to help with special stitches which makes creating unique hats that much easier. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to make fashionable, fun, and creative hats for the special people in your life or to give as gifts. A five star book for sure!!!!!!
