I get alot of pain on my lower back after having an epidural. I read the reviews on this and decided to try it out and OMG why did I not find it sooner!!! I sleep so good and wake up with no lower back pain. I can now even sleep on my side cause the side cushions support my back. Give this pillow a try it helped me alot

I got this pillow because I have scoliosis and I need it for support when I sit in my recliner. It is made very well, is very comfortable, and supplies the support that I need. I would definitely recommend it if you want something that makes sitting more comfortable.

I am 5'7 130lbs. The pillow does not support the lumbar at all. It completely deflates like memory foam as soon as you lay on it.

This is an interesting support pillow with its unusual shape and bump in the middle. What I like about it is that it has multiple uses depending on your needs. You can use as a lumbar support, a middle back support or even neck. In addition to use while sitting, it works well when lying down.My only issue was that while initially comfortable, it would become uncomfortable over time and I'd need to remove it or re-adjust it for a period. This is why I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5. Visitors I had tried it out and reported their satisfaction in using it over several days!It comes with a travel bag and the pillow cover can be unzipped to wash!I think this is a quality support pillow that is worth trying. I use it here and there every day. Everyone's needs are a little different and this may be just the right pillow for you!

I gave it two stars because there is hardly any support in it. I’m dissatisfied because I suffer from sciatic nerve and sleeping on it was a waste of time. It gave me zero comfort. I’ll try it in my car today and if it’s not helping in my car, back it goes.

if you have a little cushion in the back. You can't pay flat. this is very helpful. I have horrible back pain and weakness from a assault on my left side. I sleep like a baby with this. very great full!

My grandma suffers from perennial lumbar spine disease. I bought her a pillow and she likes it very much and it is very effective, it helps her to relieve the pain and make her sleep more comfortable every night. Great product!
